In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on a queenbet account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6.1 RNG Certification. All queenbet games that use a Random Number Generator ("RNG") are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are not influenced by queenbet or any third party.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, queenbet reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account. queenbet's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. queenbet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

12.3 You may close your queenbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
